Only the whole eggs freshly laid within 3 days are used in
Seasoned with Ajinomoto's original Pure Select Vinegar.
This specialty vinegar is a blend of brewed vinegar, grape
vinegar, rice vinegar, and cereal vinegar.
The oils are made with quality canola oil, soybean oil, and
corn oil, and these bring out the flavor of mayonnaise.
